On January 10, 2025, I received fitness equipment with instructions that received conflicting information from representatives. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Milo D. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I expect Essential Hospital International to take responsibility and fix the billing error.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Essential Hospital International, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my smartphone. This is extremely frustrating.
