I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from Essential Hospital International's pharmacy. On January 10, 2025, I received fitness equipment with instructions that received conflicting information from representatives. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Milo D. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I expect Essential Hospital International to take responsibility and fix the billing error.
