Poor service at Gastro & Provisions restaurant

I ordered delivery from Gastro & Provisions on March 13, 2025 (order #ORD-2408-AFD-4572) totaling $873.21. The food arrived received the wrong item and was barely edible. When I called to report this, Ethelyn O. offered only a partial refund despite the fact that most of the food was inedible. I am requesting that Gastro & Provisions reimburse me for additional expenses as soon as possible.
