I'm writing to complain about the delivery service I received from Innovative Construction Inc Enterprises. After paying $677.93 for membership, I found that it is not compatible as claimed. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Mariah H., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect Innovative Construction Inc Enterprises to take responsibility and replace the defective product.
