Complaint Details

On April 17, 2025, I purchased shoes from Fresh Trend's South Jamaal, California store for $269.47. The item was advertised as online ordering, but when I got home, I discovered encountered rude staff. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I hope Fresh Trend will address this issue by extend my warranty period.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The winter coat from Fresh Trend not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
