Price discrepancy at Fresh Trend store

I ordered book from Fresh Trend's website on March 11, 2025 (order #ORD-8538-ERL-2021). When the package arrived, had repeated billing errors. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Ambrose J. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I would like Fresh Trend to compensate me for the inconvenience.
