I had an appointment at Diagnostic Foundation Milan on February 14, 2025 for prescription service. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and experienced long delays. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Kelley C., but have received no satisfactory response. I hope Diagnostic Foundation Milan will address this issue by compensate me for the inconvenience.

It's now been 2 days since my initial complaint, and Diagnostic Foundation Milan still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their delivery service.
