I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from Diagnostic Foundation Milan's pharmacy. On February 22, 2025, I received prescription medication with instructions that failed to receive confirmation. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, William V. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I would like Diagnostic Foundation Milan to offer compensation for the time wasted.
