I'm writing to report serious security concerns with Robo Ware's wireless earbuds. After the update on January 29, 2025, I discovered found foreign objects in the product that potentially exposes sensitive data. I immediately reported this to your security team and spoke with Eleanore L., but have received no acknowledgment of the problem or timeline for a fix. I expect Robo Ware to take responsibility and adjust my account balance.
