Complaint Details

After subscribing to Robo Ware's tech support on November 28, 2024, I've experienced constant failed to receive confirmation. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-8925-RET-5243) and spent hours on calls with Gilberto A. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I am asking Robo Ware to make this right by resolve the technical issues.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $152.26 refund only covers part of what I paid for the loyalty program, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
