I want to report a serious concern with Expert Advocate Chambers's warranty package that I purchased on January 23, 2025 from your West Mableside, Arkansas store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Talia S., but my issue remains unresolved. I expect Expert Advocate Chambers to take responsibility and provide the documentation I requested.
