I placed an order with Choice Shop Plus on May 13, 2025 for several items including book (order #ORD-5724-NWN-7376). The order was charged to my account ($931.25), but experienced frequent disconnections. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Dolly R., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I hope Choice Shop Plus will address this issue by honor the warranty.
