Poor customer service experience with Estates & International
Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of Estates & International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-8122-FUX-6981) on February 6, 2025, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope Estates & International will address this issue by upgrade my service at no additional cost.

May 11, 2025 05:25Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $68.46 refund only covers part of what I paid for the expedited shipping, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
