I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from Life Diagnostic Toronto's pharmacy. On January 27, 2025, I received prescription medication with instructions that discovered data privacy issues. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Murray R. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I would like Life Diagnostic Toronto to implement better quality control.

May 10, 2025 05:38I want to acknowledge that Life Diagnostic Toronto has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $339.61 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $339.61 for a tablet that never worked properly.
