Complaint Details
I received treatment at Life Diagnostic Toronto's Lake Soledadtown, Tennessee facility on March 5, 2025. I was billed $62.88 for services that my insurance should have covered. When I contacted the billing department, Colt H. was unable to explain the charges or help resolve the discrepancy. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this issue but continue to receive collection notices. I would like Life Diagnostic Toronto to upgrade my service at no additional cost.
