Poor patient care at Harmony Healing Florence facility

I received treatment at Harmony Healing Florence's Aurelioview, Utah facility on February 4, 2025. I was billed $693.18 for services that my insurance should have covered. When I contacted the billing department, Georgianna J. was unable to explain the charges or help resolve the discrepancy. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this issue but continue to receive collection notices. I hope Harmony Healing Florence will address this issue by remove the unauthorized charges.
