I received treatment at Harmony Healing Florence's Goodwinside, New York facility on May 11, 2025. I was billed $801.29 for services that my insurance should have covered. When I contacted the billing department, Clare E. was unable to explain the charges or help resolve the discrepancy. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this issue but continue to receive collection notices. I am requesting that Harmony Healing Florence offer compensation for the time wasted as soon as possible.
