I ordered shoes from Best Trade Place Corp.'s website on January 24, 2025 (order #ORD-6823-BAZ-1328). When the package arrived, discovered data privacy issues. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Kimberly G. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I expect Best Trade Place Corp. to take responsibility and provide a full refund.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Best Trade Place Corp., and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my dress shirt. This is extremely frustrating.
