I ordered shoes from Best Trade Place Corp.'s website on January 24, 2025 (order #ORD-6823-BAZ-1328). When the package arrived, discovered data privacy issues. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Kimberly G. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I expect Best Trade Place Corp. to take responsibility and provide a full refund.
