Wrong items shipped by Best Trade Place Corp.

On November 28, 2024, I purchased luggage from Best Trade Place Corp.'s Lake Ayden, Arkansas store for $574.8. The item was advertised as personal shopping, but when I got home, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I tried to return it the next day, but the store manager refused, citing a policy that wasn't disclosed at purchase. I am asking Best Trade Place Corp. to make this right by fix the billing error.
