I purchased a system from Land International on December 4, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced received poor customer service. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Webster H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am asking Land International to make this right by implement better quality control.
