I purchased a item from Consulting Offices on January 1, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was transferred multiple times without resolution. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ella F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I expect Consulting Offices to take responsibility and upgrade my service at no additional cost.
