Unsatisfactory resolution from Intellect College Holdings
Complaint Details
I am writing regarding order #ORD-6249-GBQ-9438 placed with Intellect College Holdings on January 7, 2025. I paid $553.16 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Webster B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect Intellect College Holdings to take responsibility and waive the cancellation fees.

May 21, 2025 05:14I want to acknowledge that Intellect College Holdings has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $157.91 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $157.91 for a winter coat that never worked properly.
