I am writing regarding order #ORD-1861-XXJ-7714 placed with SmartSchool International on December 17, 2024. I paid $225.06 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Erick B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I hope SmartSchool International will address this issue by upgrade my service at no additional cost.

I want to acknowledge that SmartSchool International has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $292.46 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $292.46 for a jacket that never worked properly.
