Disappointed with SmartSchool International installation service
Complaint Details
I want to report a serious concern with SmartSchool International's product that I purchased on December 22, 2024 from your Port Thad, Indiana store. The product has discovered hidden fees despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Rigoberto K., but my issue remains unresolved. I hope SmartSchool International will address this issue by compensate me for the inconvenience.

May 05, 2025 05:25Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $498.69 refund only covers part of what I paid for the upgrade plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
