SysWeb router failed within warranty period
Complaint Details
After subscribing to SysWeb's tech support on December 18, 2024, I've experienced constant experienced website errors. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-3278-NHB-8602) and spent hours on calls with Alene R. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I would like SysWeb to honor the advertised price.
