Software glitches with SysWeb smart speaker

I purchased a smart speaker from SysWeb on December 14, 2024 for $319.89. After only was damaged upon delivery, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Jasper D. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, SysWeb is refusing to replace or repair it. I expect SysWeb to take responsibility and adjust my account balance.
