I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from OptimalHealing Ltd.'s pharmacy. On February 2, 2025, I received first aid kit with instructions that doesn't work as advertised. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Mikel W. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I am requesting that OptimalHealing Ltd. update their return policy as soon as possible.

After my initial complaint, OptimalHealing Ltd. contacted me to troubleshoot the laptop. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
