I'm writing about a serious concern regarding my prescription from OptimalHealing Ltd.'s pharmacy. On February 2, 2025, I received first aid kit with instructions that doesn't work as advertised. When I contacted the pharmacy to verify this was correct, Mikel W. confirmed the prescription but I later learned from another healthcare provider that this was incorrect and potentially dangerous. I am requesting that OptimalHealing Ltd. update their return policy as soon as possible.
