Security concern with Mind University of Foundation service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8636-RQO-2443 placed with Mind University of Foundation on December 26, 2024. I paid $604.55 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered was overcharged for basic service. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Fiona M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am asking Mind University of Foundation to make this right by implement better quality control.
