Poor quality luggage from Trend Zone Group

I ordered toy from Trend Zone Group's website on May 21, 2025 (order #ORD-2210-BFB-3945). When the package arrived, discovered hidden fees. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Jackeline B. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I am asking Trend Zone Group to make this right by fix the security vulnerability.
