I purchased a service plan from Genius Growth Tutoring on January 26, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Shane J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am requesting that Genius Growth Tutoring train their staff to be more professional as soon as possible.

After speaking with William Clark from the Customer Service at Genius Growth Tutoring, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
