I purchased a system from Genius Growth Tutoring on January 4, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered data privacy issues. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Leanna C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope Genius Growth Tutoring will address this issue by provide the promised service.

Apr 27, 2025 05:14I've received an email from William Jones at Genius Growth Tutoring offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The winter coat was clearly defective from the start.
