False promises made by Genius Lab representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1719-IYN-9999 placed with Genius Lab on February 12, 2025. I paid $224.93 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered was charged incorrectly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Percy M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like Genius Lab to adjust my account balance.
