Wrong items shipped by Outlet Inc Enterprises

I ordered electronic device from Outlet Inc Enterprises's website on March 3, 2025 (order #ORD-5681-DRC-9561). When the package arrived, has a manufacturing defect. I immediately contacted customer service and spoke with Angela C. who promised a replacement would be sent, but it's been two weeks with no resolution. I would like Outlet Inc Enterprises to resolve the technical issues.
