I had an appointment at The Optimal Remedy Partners on May 11, 2025 for medical consultation. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait over two hours to be seen. When I finally saw the provider, the consultation was rushed and failed to receive confirmation. I've attempted to discuss this with the office manager, Stephanie B., but have received no satisfactory response. I am requesting that The Optimal Remedy Partners make their terms and conditions clearer as soon as possible.
