I received treatment at Health Associates's Danialmouth, Kentucky facility on February 1, 2025. I was billed $196.34 for services that my insurance should have covered. When I contacted the billing department, Lempi P. was unable to explain the charges or help resolve the discrepancy. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this issue but continue to receive collection notices. I am asking Health Associates to make this right by train their staff to be more professional.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Health Associates, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my laptop. This is extremely frustrating.
