Complaint Details
I received treatment at Health Associates's Hodkiewiczchester, Missouri facility on January 16, 2025. I was billed $27.1 for services that my insurance should have covered. When I contacted the billing department, Nicole S. was unable to explain the charges or help resolve the discrepancy. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this issue but continue to receive collection notices. I am asking Health Associates to make this right by honor the warranty.

May 12, 2025 05:53I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The gaming console from Health Associates not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
