Delayed delivery from Solid Works LLC

I purchased a device from Solid Works LLC on April 8, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced found security vulnerabilities. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Hershel J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am asking Solid Works LLC to make this right by ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.
