Unsatisfactory resolution from Innovative Works

I have been a loyal customer of Innovative Works for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-4989-VMA-3199) on August 28, 1982, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
