I'm writing to complain about the customer service I received from Solid Works LLC. After paying $847.98 for unit, I found that it stopped working after two weeks. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Max M., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect Solid Works LLC to take responsibility and implement better quality control.

May 15, 2025 06:06Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $340.86 refund only covers part of what I paid for the upgrade plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
