I ordered delivery from The Premium Cuisine Group on November 29, 2024 (order #ORD-2475-HTZ-0375) totaling $447.5. The food arrived faced system outages and was barely edible. When I called to report this, Genoveva L. offered only a partial refund despite the fact that most of the food was inedible. I expect The Premium Cuisine Group to take responsibility and expedite the delivery of my order.
