Complaint Details
After subscribing to Nano Ventures's cloud storage on January 3, 2025, I've experienced constant encountered rude staff. The service was advertised as 'seamless and reliable,' but it has been anything but that. I've logged numerous support tickets (reference #ORD-0956-ZVE-7229) and spent hours on calls with Deshawn C. and other technicians, but the problems persist. I hope Nano Ventures will address this issue by make their terms and conditions clearer.
