Food poisoning from Flavors & Catering restaurant
Complaint Details
I ordered delivery from Flavors & Catering on February 13, 2025 (order #ORD-8292-FZR-7070) totaling $155.42. The food arrived experienced website errors and was barely edible. When I called to report this, Addie S. offered only a partial refund despite the fact that most of the food was inedible. I hope Flavors & Catering will address this issue by compensate me for the inconvenience.

May 19, 2025 05:45Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $458.27 refund only covers part of what I paid for the consultation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
