Incorrect order from Flavors & Catering

I ordered delivery from Flavors & Catering on May 8, 2025 (order #ORD-3638-UEA-4247) totaling $791.97. The food arrived had allergic reaction not warned about and was barely edible. When I called to report this, Ramona W. offered only a partial refund despite the fact that most of the food was inedible. I expect Flavors & Catering to take responsibility and offer compensation for the time wasted.
