Complaint Details

I purchased a smart speaker from TechSys Pune on May 7, 2025 for $970.56. After only is missing essential components, the device stopped functioning properly. I contacted technical support and spoke with Zora A. who ran diagnostic tests but couldn't resolve the issue. Despite the product being under warranty, TechSys Pune is refusing to replace or repair it. I would like TechSys Pune to adjust my account balance.

I appreciate TechSys Pune reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement specialty coffee has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
