I'm writing to report serious security concerns with CloudData International's router. After the update on February 8, 2025, I discovered was billed multiple times that potentially exposes sensitive data. I immediately reported this to your security team and spoke with Valerie G., but have received no acknowledgment of the problem or timeline for a fix. I would like CloudData International to correct my personal information.

May 20, 2025 05:39I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The specialty food item from CloudData International not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
