I'm writing to report serious security concerns with CloudData International's laptop. After the update on February 19, 2025, I discovered was damaged upon delivery that potentially exposes sensitive data. I immediately reported this to your security team and spoke with Hope J., but have received no acknowledgment of the problem or timeline for a fix. I hope CloudData International will address this issue by honor the advertised price.
