Complaint Details
I'm writing to report serious security concerns with CloudData International's digital camera. After the update on November 30, 2024, I discovered faced system outages that potentially exposes sensitive data. I immediately reported this to your security team and spoke with Brandt G., but have received no acknowledgment of the problem or timeline for a fix. I am asking CloudData International to make this right by cancel my account without penalty.

May 20, 2025 05:20I want to acknowledge that CloudData International has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $355.16 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $355.16 for a subscription box that never worked properly.
