Complaint Details
I placed an order with QualityDeal Washington Corp. on February 13, 2025 for several items including furniture (order #ORD-4605-DHT-1877). The order was charged to my account ($317.28), but was damaged upon delivery. I've contacted customer service multiple times and spoken with Brandy B., but they've been unable to locate my order or issue a refund. I hope QualityDeal Washington Corp. will address this issue by stop their deceptive business practices.
