I want to report a serious concern with The Scholar Skills's accessory that I purchased on February 12, 2025 from your Kacieland, South Carolina store. The product has received poor customer service despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Andres B., but my issue remains unresolved. I would like The Scholar Skills to extend my warranty period.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $110.14 refund only covers part of what I paid for the consultation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
