I am writing regarding order #ORD-5200-TQO-4799 placed with The Scholar Skills on April 14, 2025. I paid $770.32 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered found foreign objects in the product. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maddison W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect The Scholar Skills to take responsibility and correct my personal information.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from The Scholar Skills called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
