I purchased a item from Advanced Structures & Sons on January 11, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Odell K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am requesting that Advanced Structures & Sons deliver the missing items as soon as possible.

May 19, 2025 05:19I've received an email from Thomas Lewis at Advanced Structures & Sons offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The cookware set was clearly defective from the start.
